Lindsay has worked with individuals and families for over 15 years in a variety of settings. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University and continued on with her Masters of Social Work at University of Windsor.
She specializes in parenting and post-partum, youth mental health and family counselling. Lindsay has provided individual, family and group counselling in a variety of settings. She has a passion for working with indviduals, parents and children who are struggling with worry, sadness, and emotional regulation. 
Drawing on her schooling, additional trainings and experiences allows her to utilize a multitude of therapies to best meet her clients needs. At the centre of her practice belief is always working from a client centred approach.
Lindsay is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, we well as the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

Specific tools and strategies that work to alter negative thinking patterns and encourage positive behaviour changes.
